Thoughts for the week:
So I lost 6 ounces this week! This was a shocker to me since I ate so bad over this weekend. I didn't keep track of calories Friday through Sunday and I may have over indulged a little in sweet snacks! Good news is that I am back on track and all the sweets are gone! Needless to say, I was pleased with my 6 ounces since I thought for sure it would be a gain! Hopefully better news next week!
