Thoughts for the week:
Oh Poo! One step forward, two steps backwards it seems! That's okay, I am blaming this weeks gain on my monthly "friend" which should be joining me most likely tomorrow or Friday. I am sure it and not the fact that I may have snuck a extra brownie or 4 last night! I mean come on, who made those serving sizes?! They are the tinest things ever! I am still tracking everything through my fitness pal, even on my not so good days! I will continue on!

  1. My monthly friend (which isn't so monthly right now) makes me gain 3 lbs!!! So maybe it's a sign that when you do weigh yourself again that you'll be down more than you think!
