Thoughts for the week:

I had decided I wasn't going to post this today, but in all honesty this is something I need to do for myself no matter what my results are. I gained a lot this week, but you know what, I admitted to it and now I know I need to work harder to get back on track. This is something I am going to deal with as the weather is getting warmer and we are out a lot more. So I need to admit that this week wasn't the best and focus on changing my current path. That's the only choice I have! So here is to a new week and better results!
